OUR COMPENSATION MODEL

We provide incoming employees with computers and a $1,000 home office stipend to help optimize your work environment. After joining, you may expense up to $100 each month for cell phone or internet expenses.

  • Base compensation: salary as well as HBAR RCU grants. HBAR is listed on exchanges globally  
  • Hashgraph equity through options award
  • Performance bonuses issued annually in recognition of excellence  
  • 401(k) offered through Fidelity, for eligible employees

HEALTH BENEFITS

We offer all US employees health benefits plans through BCBS (Blue Cross Blue Shield) and cover 100% of all premiums for you and your dependents. We offer a qualifying HSA plan and if elected the company contributes 50% of the IRS maximum allowable contribution to your plan. Dental and vision benefits are through Guardian and we cover 100% of all premiums for employees and dependents.

Our work is fast paced and energetic. Time off is important for taking care of oneself and for following through on personal obligations and interests. We encourage you to take advantage of our policies to celebrate, rest, and pursue other interests.
  • Our Flex-Vacation Policy aims to foster a healthy work-life balance. There is no specific number of days you may take off in a year, and we ask you to take at least 15 vacation days a year. 
  • While we are an international team, we are headquartered in the US and celebrate 12 US Holidays each year. International team members can swap these days or use flex vacation days for domestic holidays.

Growing the family is the most special time and a bit stressful too! New parents need support and space to bond and adjust. We provide the following parental leave policies: Primary caregivers receive 12 weeks of paid leave upon welcoming a new child into their home, either by birth or adoption. Secondary caregivers receive 4 weeks of paid leave.

Our greatest asset is our people. While we learn and grow on the job at the speed of web3, we also encourage and support growth and development of all Hashgraphers through several programs.

Upon joining Hashgraph, you will participate in our onboarding program with a guided tour of the Hedera ecosystem tools.

Professional Education Assistance Program

This program provides up to $2,000 a year for work related books, self-directed, or classroom learning programs.
