OFFICIAL RULES — “WIN AN F1 LAS VEGAS EXPERIENCE” SWEEPSTAKES

Sibos 2026 · Miami Beach Convention Center · September 28 – October 1, 2026

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

Sponsor.

Hashgraph Foundry Inc., 1920 McKinney Ave STE 700, Dallas, TX 75201 (“Sponsor”).
Sweepstakes Period.

Entries will be accepted beginning September 28th at 9am and ending September 30 at 4pm (the “Sweepstakes Period”) at Sponsor’s exhibit booth at Sibos 2026, Miami Beach Convention Center, Miami Beach, Florida (“Booth”). Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeper.
Eligibility.

This Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who, at the time of entry: (a) are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia; (b) are eighteen (18) years of age or older; (c) are physically attending Sibos 2026 in Miami Beach, Florida; and (d) visit the Booth in person during the Sweepstakes Period. Entrants may not be located in, resident of, or a national of any country or region subject to comprehensive economic sanctions administered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), and by entering represent that acceptance of a prize would not violate any sanctions, export control, or anti-corruption law applicable to them.

Employees, officers, and contractors of Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies, and the immediate family (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members of each such individual, are not eligible to enter or win.

By entering, each entrant represents and certifies that acceptance of the prize described herein would not violate any gift, ethics, or anti-corruption policy applicable to the entrant or the entrant’s employer, and that the entrant is not a government official or an employee of a government-owned or government-controlled entity. Sponsor reserves the right to require documentation of eligibility and to disqualify any entrant who does not meet these requirements.

This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
How to Enter — No Purchase Necessary.

No purchase, payment, or business commitment of any kind is required to enter or win. To enter, visit the Booth during the Sweepstakes Period and complete the entry form (paper or tablet) with your full name, company, job title, and email address. Limit one (1) entry per person; multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified. The entry form includes an optional checkbox to request a follow-up sales meeting with Sponsor — selecting this option is entirely optional, has no bearing on winning, and is not a condition of entry.
Prizes and Odds.

Two (2) prizes are available. Each prize consists of one (1) ticket to the 2026 Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix (Thursday, November 19th, McLaren Paddock Club tickets), with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $8,133.00 per ticket (combined total ARV of $16,266.00 for both prizes).

The prize does not include airfare, ground transportation, lodging, meals, gratuities, spending money, or any other expense not specifically stated, all of which are the sole responsibility of the winner. Tickets are transferable at the winner’s discretion; Sponsor makes no representation regarding any terms or restrictions imposed by the ticket issuer or venue on resale or transfer. No cash alternative or prize substitution will be offered, except that Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Winner Selection, Verification, and Notification.
1. The random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor’s authorized representatives on the final day of the Sweepstakes Period at the Booth, using a method designed to give each eligible entry an equal chance of being selected.
2. Before any public announcement, the potential winner will be notified privately and asked to confirm eligibility on the spot.
3. The potential winner must sign a written Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, and (for U.S. persons) complete IRS Form W-9, before the prize is awarded.
4. If a potential winner cannot be located, declines the prize, is found ineligible, or fails to complete the required verification promptly, that person forfeits the prize and Sponsor may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries or, at its discretion, not award that prize.
5. Once verification is complete, Sponsor will publicly announce the winner’s first name and company affiliation at the Booth.
Tax Responsibility.

All applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance of a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 (or other required tax reporting document) to any winner whose prize has a fair market value of $600 or more, as required by applicable law.
Liability and Publicity Release.

By entering, each entrant agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or relating to participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, except to the extent caused by Sponsor’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of the winner’s name, city/state, company affiliation, and statements about the Sweepstakes for advertising and promotional purposes, in any media, without additional compensation.
Data Privacy.

Sponsor collects the name, company, job title, and email address submitted on the entry form solely to administer this Sweepstakes — including conducting the drawing and contacting and verifying the winner — and, only where an entrant has separately opted in via the optional meeting-request checkbox, for sales follow-up. Sponsor will handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at https://hashgraph.com/privacy-policy/. Entrants may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their information by contacting [email protected].
General Conditions.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this Sweepstakes, or these Official Rules, if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the fairness or integrity of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it believes has tampered with the entry process or violated these Official Rules.

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Formula 1, Formula One World Championship Limited, its affiliates or licensors, SWIFT, or Sibos.
Governing Law and Disputes.

This Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and each entrant consents to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

To request the name of the prize winner(s), send a self-addressed stamped envelope to 1920 McKinney Ave STE 700, Dallas, TX 75201 within 30 days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
