what CLPR Cross-Ledger Protocol can prevent

Liquidity is trapped. Bridges are broken

The digital asset economy is a collection of walled gardens rather than a unified, interoperable financial system.

Fragmented liquidity

Assets and liquidity remain trapped within their native networks, unable to move freely across ecosystems.

Bridges create honeypots

Billions in cumulative losses from bridge exploits. Locking in assets creates catastrophic single points of failure.

Private networks stay siloed

Permissioned networks only interoperate within their own walled gardens with no path to public chains without centralized intermediaries.

Liquidity reserves drain capital

Relayers and bridges require maintaining pools of liquidity on both sides, tying up capital that should be working for your business.

the cross-ledger solution

CLPR — bridgeless by design

A cross-ledger protocol that uses state proofs to let ledgers verify each other’s state directly. No bridges. No intermediaries. No pooled liquidity.

No bridges, no pooled liquidity

CLPR does not reissue assets on a destination chain. It preserves native asset properties as they cross ledgers.

State proof verification

Each ledger verifies the other’s state using its own native proof mechanism — no new trust layer introduced.

Chain-agnostic

Institutions who opt-in can connect any combination of public, private, or permissioned state-proof networks through a single protocol layer — no custom integrations per connection.

Consensus-speed settlement

Transfers happen as fast as the underlying networks reach consensus. Sub-second achievable with fast networks.

Beyond token transfers

CLPR supports arbitrary cross-ledger data messaging and oracle workflows. Smart contracts on one ledger can trigger actions on another.

No single point of failure

Worst case: a transfer pauses. Funds are never at risk. No operator can redirect funds, no honeypot attack surface.

navigator benefits

What Cross-Ledger Navigators receive

Every participant gets meaningful access to an application layer to test CLPR in action, while others can observe virtually.

Early access to a novel protocol

Stress-test CLPR in a sandbox with an application that enables the transfer of value between public and private chains, hosted by Hashgraph. Move data, tokens, and messages across ledgers before anyone else.

Influence your use case

Provide input into standards, specifications, and protocol decisions. A dedicated engineer and integration expert assigned to your organization’s use case.

Exposure and marketing

Featured in press releases, milestone announcements, social media campaigns, case studies, and industry assets from launch day onward.

Industry networking

Structured networking opportunities with leaders across fintech, financial institutions, asset issuers, and the broader digital asset ecosystem.

Regulatory and compliance validation

Surface regulatory, compliance, and governance edge cases early alongside multi-jurisdictional participants.

Shape the roadmap

Put your use case on the CLPR product roadmap. Help ensure the protocol is developed with your industry’s current and future needs in mind.

program structure

Initial phase starts in October

This program is structured to focus on three distinct use cases — cross-border payments and in-flight FX, cross-ledger settlement, and collateral mobility. Hashgraph is now accepting applications for the first session, focused primarily on cross-border payments with some demo applications showing cross-ledger settlement. Each phase runs for six weeks, in sequential order. The first session is targeted to start in late October and run for 6 weeks. It will include Hedera chains and a private ethereum chain. The next two sessions start in early ‘27 and will include testing asset transfer and settlement with non-Hedera chains.

1

Twice monthly virtual sessions

Every two weeks — structured enough to drive progress, flexible enough to fit around your team.

2

Dedicated engineering support

If you sign on as a technical participant, an integration expert is assigned specifically to your use case throughout the 6 weeks.

3

Sandbox-first

Full access to a Hashgraph-hosted testnet environment — move real test assets and messages safely. Move value in public testnet with non-Hedera chains in Phase 2 and 3.

4

Multi-jurisdiction cohort

Participants selected from multiple countries to surface cross-border regulatory and compliance considerations early.
